By accessing or using Conversations with Overcomers ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
Conversations with Overcomers is a faith-based testimony-sharing platform that enables users to:
- Create and join public or private groups for sharing testimonies
- Post, comment on, and engage with shared stories
- Create private organizations with membership fees
- Participate in community discussions and global chat
Registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you post on the Platform. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our Platform.
Content Standards
You agree not to post content that:
- Is false, misleading, or deceptive
- Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains hate speech or discrimination
- Harasses, threatens, or intimidates others
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Contains spam, advertising, or solicitation
Content Moderation
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines without prior notice.
Free Membership
Basic membership is free and allows you to join public groups, create posts, and participate in discussions.
Organization Creation
Creating a private organization requires a one-time fee of $49. This includes access to private groups, member management, and organization administration tools.
Premium Membership
Premium features for organizations are available at $14.99/month, which includes unlimited private groups, advanced analytics, and priority support.
Refunds
Organization creation fees are non-refundable. Monthly subscription fees may be refunded within 7 days of payment if you have not actively used premium features.
We take the privacy of testimonies seriously. Users agree to:
- Respect the confidentiality of stories shared in private groups
- Not share or republish others' testimonies without explicit permission
- Not screenshot or record private group content
- Report any privacy violations to administrators

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Conversations with Overcomers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY USER-GENERATED CONTENT.
This Platform is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or mental health services. If you are in crisis, please contact a mental health professional or emergency services.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CONVERSATIONS WITH OVERCOMERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
